Lifestyle Support Workers-Lifestyle Options will support the values and behaviours that are important to the successful operation of the Connect2Group.
|

| Lifestyle Support Workers, Lifestyle Options are responsible for working directly with clients and their families/carers. They provide opportunities for clients to develop and further their interests, personal and social skills and develop networks and contacts within the community. |
| |
|
They provide a fully integrated client service that meets the needs of clients and enables them to develop to their fullest potential. They develop good working relationships with clients, families and staff within Connect2Community, Lifestyle Options.

To address the above, you need to demonstrate how you possess each competency by relating it to your experience, skills, knowledge and personal qualities. Use examples, if appropriate, and include any formal qualifications and industry experience. Use effective communication skills in a range of contexts. Describe and specify the experience you have or the things you do or have done which show your communication skills.
For example, describing the occasions of time dealing with individuals face to face etc.

| Attending an interview |
