Connect2Group is searching for a full time Employment Consultant for its rapidly growing Employment Division based at Cleveland. Travel to external locations is on a needs basis.

Position overview

The primary purpose of this position is to provide individualised support and assistance to people with disabilities so they maintain sustainable employment within an appropriate timeframe. This position is responsible for assessment, training, negotiation, monitoring and review of the employment support to clients and their employers.

Addressing the Selection Criteria:

To address the above, you need to demonstrate how you possess each competency by relating it to your experience, skills, knowledge and personal qualities. Use examples, if appropriate, and include any formal qualifications and industry experience. Use effective communication skills in a range of contexts. Describe and specify the experience you have or the things you do or have done which show your communication skills.

For example, describing the occasions of time dealing with individuals face to face etc.

Attending an interview
