Why these courses what will I learn ?
These courses will offer skills in Horticulture, through participating in a range of gardening, landscaping  and nursery tasks at the Oaklands Street Community Garden, Alexandra Hills in partnership with Metropolitan South Institute of TAFE.
What will I learn?
Upon successful completion of the following units you will be awarded a Certificate I in Horticulture:
RTF1801A Prepare for work
RTC1006A Support nursery work
RTC1201A Maintain the workplace
RTC1301A Operate basic machinery and equipment
RTD1501A Support natural area conservation
RTF1004A Support gardening work
Upon successful completion of one or more of the following units from the Certificate II in Horticulture you will be eligible to receive a Statement of Attainment:
RTC2016A Recognise plants
RTC2012A Plant trees and shrubs
RTF2013A Pot on plants
RTC2026A Undertake propagation activities
RTC2801A Participate in workplace communications
RTF2204A Construct low-profile timber or modular retaining walls
